Avoid radiator corrosion
Diesel generators will generate a lot of heat during operation. If the heat cannot be dissipated, it will cause damage to the engine, soplease keep good heat dissipation.In order to ensure that the diesel generator has a good heat dissipation effect, should do the followings.
1.The generator room should have a good ventilation.
2.Keep the radiator normal operation. Among them, the radiator maintenance is particularly important. The corrosion problem is the main reason for the radiator failure . In order to effectively prevent the radiator from being corroded, we must always keep the pipe joints from leaking, and regularly add water from the top of the radiator to discharge air to keep the system "airless". The radiator should not be partially filled with water, because this will accelerate corrosion. For generators that are not working, the water should be evacuated or filled. If possible, use distilled water or natural soft water, and add an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor.
