Diesel Generator Radiator Air Bubbles
Air bubbles in the generator radiator are usually caused by the high-pressure gas in the cylinder escaping into the cooling water channel. Below are reasons and measures for the air leakage.
1.The cylinder nut is not tightened according to the specified requirments. If the torque is too small and the cylinder is not compressed, high-pressure gas will flow into the water. So please tighten the cylinder nut to the specified and re-tighten it periodically.
2.The cylinder gasket has been used for a long time,or washed out or burned out,its sealing performance will be poor, and will cause air leakage. Please replace a new cylinder gasket.
3.The plane of the cylinder head is uneven or deformed. It will cause air leakage. The cylinder head plane should be grounded or replaced
4.Improper assembly will cause the cylinder shoulder to break and air leakage. Replace the cylinder liner according to the prescribed method.
