Long-term non-maintenance damage
The diesel generator needs regular maintenance. What damage will be caused if it cannot be maintained regularly?
1.Battery: If the battery is not protected for a long time, the evaporation of electrolyte water will not be compensated in time. If the battery charger is not equipped, the long-term natural discharge power of the battery will drop.
2.Oil: The oil has a shelf life. If it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, and the operating cleanliness of the diesel generator set will decline, which will cause damage to the unit components.
3.Cooling system: If the cooling system is wrong, there will be two results.
a.The cooling effect is not good, and the generator is shut down due to high water temperature;
b.The radiator leaks, the water level drops, and the diesel generator cannot work normally.
4.Fuel:The increase of carbon deposit in the gas distribution system will inevitably affect the fuel injection volume of the fuel injector, resulting in insufficient combustion of the fuel injector, uneven fuel injection volume of each cylinder of the engine and poor working conditions.stable.
5.Fuel tank: The water vapor in the air entering the diesel generator will condense under the change of temperature, form water droplets and hang on the inner wall of the fuel tank. When water droplets flow into diesel, the water content of diesel will exceed the standard. When diesel enters the high-pressure oil pump of the engine, it will corrode the precision coupling parts, and in serious cases, it will damage the unit.
6.Three filters: During the operation of diesel generator, oil or impurities will deposit on the filter screen wall, and long-term maintenance will reduce the filtering function of the filter. If there are too many deposits, the oil passage will not be dredged. When the equipment is working, it will not be available due to lack of oil and cannot be used normally.
7.If the silent diesel generator is used for a long time, the line connector may be loose, and regular inspection is required.
