The manufacturing process of a good air filter cannot be ignored. It is also the basis of the core of the manufacturer. The manufacturing process of the air cleaner element is divided into several steps.
1.The selection and purchase of air filter element (filter paper) is an important link, because the quality of the filter element is directly related to the entire air filter. How to select and purchase the air filter element is to use the light detection method. Pass the qualified air filter element through the light inspection device and check it carefully. If there are pinholes, glass slag and straw foreign matters, they should be coated with latex, and pasted and repaired with small area filter paper of the same material. Broken filter paper needs to be cut off and connected with qualified filter paper. The paper shall be evenly cut at the joint, one side shall be coated with latex, the other side shall be flattened and pasted on the side coated with latex, and then gently pressed by hand. Then apply a layer of emulsion on the joint, dry it with a hair dryer, and fold it after drying.
2.The air filter element is folded; Put the filter paper passing the optical inspection on the folding template for folding. During the folding process, the folded template must be aligned with the side of the filter paper and folded along the edge of the template. The folded filter paper is placed on the fixed plate of the workbench. Then place the folded filter paper flat on the workbench, take back the folded template, measure the size, and cut off the too wide part of the filter paper.
3.Draw a pink line 15 mm from the edge of the folded air filter element at one end, measure the required size according to this line, and draw a line at the other end. Then place the support partition in the paper core, and place a support partition between the upper and lower filter paperboard, and fold the side of the sticky head paper at the bottom of the paper. The position of supporting diaphragm shall not exceed the line drawn. Place the filter element with support baffle on the clamp, adjust it to the required size, and then fix the air cleaner element
