Radiator "air resistance"
The generator radiator is fixed to the engine set. A belt driven fan blows air into the radiator core to cool the coolant flowing through the radiator. In the entire generator, the radiator is crucial to ensure the normal operation of the generator. Improper use will result in damage or scrapping of the generator. Here is how to prevent "air resistance".
The radiator cap is a combination of air holes and steam valves. When the pressure of the water in the radiator rises after heating, the steam valve opens to discharge the water vapor from the valve hole. When the water temperature drops, external air will enter the radiator through the valve hole to maintain a stable pressure in the radiator. If the valve bore is clogged or the piston cap is missing, most customers may use a common cap plug to seal. When the water temperature decreases, negative pressure will form in the radiator, causing air resistance, and insufficient circulating water will cause the radiator shell to be sucked in under the action of atmospheric pressure. When the water temperature rises, it will affect the heat dissipation performance of the radiator and the engine. If the above measures are taken, the radiator sleeve will expand when the problem is serious.
To prevent "air resistance", always keep the valve bore clear and the spring effective. If the cover is missing, it cannot be sealed with other materials and the radiator cannot be opened. New parts should be purchased and installed in a timely manner.
