Heat exchanger:
Its main function is heat transfer and exchange.It is a kind of heat exchanger formed by pressing thin metal plates into corrugated heat exchange plates , then stacking and fastening them with splints and bolts.Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates for heat exchange through the plates.The fluid flows through the narrow and tortuous channel formed between the two plates.The hot and cold fluid passes through the channels in turn., There is an interlayer plate in the middle to separate the fluids and exchange heat through this plate.
The structure and principle of the heat exchanger determine that it has the characteristics of compact structure, small area, high heat transfer efficiency,operating flexibility, wide application range, small heat loss, and convenient installation and cleaning.
Water and air cooler:
It’s principle is that high-temperature pressurized air flows through the fins,and transfers heat to the outside of the cooling pipe through convection., Then transfers to the innerside , and take away the heat by the convection effect of the water in the pipe to complete the heat exchange.
Remote radiator:
It is a horizontal copper tube structure with suction motors. The radiator needs enough heat dissipation area to complete the heat exchange between the coolant, air and the fins. The coolant flows in the radiator core, and the air passes outside the radiator core. The hot coolant becomes cold by dissipating heat to the air, and the cold air heats up by absorbing the heat radiated by the coolant, so the radiator is also a heat exchanger.
