Sensor composition

1.Sensitive element: the element that directly senses the measured object and outputs other quantities that have a certain relationship with the measured object. Not all measured non-electric quantity can be directly switched to electric quantity at one time. The sensing element is also known as a pre-converter. For example, various types of elastic elements in sensors are sensitive elements.

2.Low-noise generator set conversion element: the element that converts the output of the sensitive element into electrical parameters (voltage, current, frequency, etc.). Such as resistance strain gauge, Hall element, etc.

3.Switch circuit: generally refers to the circuit that converts the quantity of electrical parameters into electric quantity (voltage, current, frequency, etc.), and the conversion circuit plays the role of converting the output signal. Signal amplifiers, bridges, oscillators, impedance converters, etc. are easy to see, and are usually assembled with sensitive elements and switching elements.

In practical sensors, the above division is not strictly restricted. A simple sensor has only one sensing element (also a switching element), which directly switches the measured value to the electrical output, such as the thermal coupling probe. Some sensors, such as capacitive pressure sensors, have integrated sensing elements and conversion elements. For the probe with conversion circuit, its switch circuit can be assembled with sensitive elements and conversion elements, or can be installed in the external circuit box as required.
