Radiator tubes leakage

If the radiator pipe leaks seriously, you can cut off the leakage, then apply the cotton ball to the cut radiator pipe, then use pliers to flatten the head of the cut radiator pipe, and then curl it. Press firmly to prevent water leakage.
Water pump leakage
When aluminum water pump is used in diesel generator, sometimes the seal is not tight.. The water seal surface shall be polished flat or turned 180 ° before installation and use. If the thrust rubber ring is damaged, expanded, deformed, or the spring is inelastic or broken, replace the thrust rubber ring, and remember not to squeeze the spring during installation.
The thermostat damaged
If the water temperature of the generator is too high, it is usually due to the failure of the thermostat, which will slow down the flow rate of coolant in the large circulation, so it is necessary to buy a new thermostat to replace it.
Fan belt cracking
If the fan belt of the diesel generator is damaged, it should be stopped immediately for replacement. If there are no conditions for renewal and replacement at present, two small holes can be drilled at both ends of the fan belt, and then the broken belt can be connected with thick metal wire for emergency use. It should be noted that proper spacing should be maintained between the borehole and the cross section to prevent the borehole from being pulled apart. The wire joint shall be left outside the belt and the belt shall not be adjusted too tightly.
If the belt of the electric fan is seriously damaged and cannot be connected, the rope, cloth belt or belt can be tied with iron wire to make a belt for temporary use. Pay special attention to the same length and thickness as the original belt, and the rope should be clamped in the center and fastened.
