1.Engine tachometer
a.Tachometer: display engine speed, unit: r/min.
b.Working hour meter: accumulated engine working hours for engine maintenance.
c.PTO speed: The orange PTO 1000 scale indicates that when the engine pointer is at this position (the speed is 1864r/min), the PTO speed is 1000r/min. The green PTO 540 scale indicates that the speed of the PTO shaft is 540r/min when the engine pointer is at this position (the speed is 1890r/min).
2.Water temperature gauge
Water temperature gauge: displays the engine coolant temperature, with a range of 40-120 ° C.
a.When the pointer points to the yellow zone, the engine coolant temperature is 40-60 ° C;
b.When the pointer points to the green zone, the engine coolant temperature is 60-100 ° C;
c.When the pointer points to the red zone, the engine coolant temperature is 100-120 ° C, and the engine coolant temperature is too high, the engine should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
3.Oil gauge
Fuel gauge: shows the amount of fuel stored in the fuel tank.
a.The pointer points to the far right of the green zone, and the oil tank is full;
b.With the engine running, the pointer of the fuel gauge keeps turning to the left, and the fuel quantity keeps decreasing;
c.When the pointer points to the red area, the fuel in the fuel tank is insufficient, and the driver is reminded to refuel in time.
4.voltmeter
Voltmeter: displays the electrical system voltage.
a.The start switch is at the "ON" position, and the LCD displays the battery voltage. If the voltage value is lower than 12.2V and the engine cannot be started successfully, it means that the battery is low in power and should be charged in time.
b.The starting switch is at the "STAR" position. After starting the engine, the voltage value is about 13.7V, and the battery charging alarm light goes out at the same time, indicating that the generator works normally.
c. When the engine is running normally, if the displayed voltage is around 12.5V, the battery charging alarm light will be on at the same time, which means that the generator or regulator is faulty and should be repaired in time. Check the tension of the generator belt frequently during use. If the belt is too loose and slippery, the generator will not generate enough power.
5.Engine oil pressure gauge and oil pressure warning lamp
Engine oil pressure gauge and oil pressure alarm lamp: digital display pressure: display the pressure of engine lubricating system oil, with the range of 0-1MPa.
Oil pressure warning lamp: this lamp is on when the engine oil pressure is too low.
a. At "ON" gear, when the engine is not started, the pressure value is 0 and the oil pressure alarm light is on.
b. After the engine is started, the actual pressure of lubricating oil is displayed. When the oil pressure is normal, the oil pressure alarm light does not light up. If the pressure value is lower than 0.1MPa and the oil pressure alarm light is always on, it means that the engine oil pressure is low, and the engine should be shut down immediately for maintenance.
c. When the pressure is higher than 0.8MPa and the oil pressure alarm light is always on, it indicates that the engine oil pressure is high. The engine, sensor and circuit should be repaired.
6.PTO working oil pressure gauge and pressure warning lamp
PTO working oil pressure gauge and pressure alarm lamp: digital display pressure: display the working oil pressure of the power output hydraulic system, with a range of 0-4.0Mpa.
Oil pressure alarm lamp: it is always on when the oil pressure of the power take-off pipeline is lower than 1.2Mpa or higher than 2.3Mpa; When the hydraulic oil pressure sensor has an open circuit or short circuit fault, the lamp will flash.
a. When the switch is in "ON" position, when the engine is not started and the power take-off switch is in open circuit, the oil pressure value is displayed as 0.
b. After the engine is started, when the rear power take-off switch is closed, the PTO indicator light on the instrument is on, indicating that the PTO hydraulic solenoid valve is energized. At this time, the gauge shows the oil pressure of the power take-off hydraulic pipeline. At idle speed, the pressure is about 0.8Mpa and the oil pressure alarm light is on. When the power take-off shaft reaches the rated speed or above, the oil pressure should be within the range of 1.6-2.0MPa; If the oil pressure is lower than 1.6MPa or higher than 2.0MPa, it is forbidden to use the power output normally. It can only be used after checking and troubleshooting, otherwise the transmission components will be damaged.
7.Headlamp high beam indicator (blue)
When the lamp is on, it indicates that the headlamp is high beam.
8.Cab front work light indicator (yellow)
When the cab front work light switch is in the "ON" position, the light will be on.
9.Battery charging warning lamp (red)
After the engine is started, the light turns from on to off, indicating that the generator is working normally. If the light stays on, it indicates that there is a fault in the charging circuit or the generator, which should be repaired.
10.Left turn indicator (green)
When the tractor turns to the left, pull the left handle of the combination switch backward, and the steering light and the indicator light on the left side of the tractor will flash.
11.Right turn indicator (green)
When the tractor turns to the right, push the left handle of the combination switch forward, and the steering light and the indicator light on the right side of the tractor will flash.
12.Engine preheating indicator (yellow)
When the light is on, it indicates that the engine cold start air inlet heater is powered on and the preheating process is automatically controlled by the engine ECU.
13.Engine fault warning lamp (orange)
When the light is on, it indicates that the engine electronic control system has a fault, and the engine needs to be repaired by the professional maintenance personnel of the engine manufacturer or the engine manufacturer.
14.Oil-water separation alarm lamp (red, for fuelling)
When the light is on, it means that the fuel water separator of the diesel engine contains a lot of water, and the water in the water cup at the lower end of the fuel water separator needs to be drained
15.Fuel alarm indicator (yellow)
When the pointer of the fuel gauge points to the red zone, the alarm light will be on at the same time, indicating that the fuel in the tank is insufficient and needs to be refueled in time. When the fuel sensor has an open circuit or short circuit fault, the alarm light will flash. Please repair it in time.
16.Brake fluid level warning lamp (red)
When the light is on, it indicates that the brake fluid level in the service brake oil tank is too low. Please check the brake system for leakage and add the same type of brake fluid to the scale line on the oil tank.
17.Air pressure alarm indicator (red)
When the light is on, it indicates that the air pressure in the air reservoir is lower than 0.39MPa. Please check the air brake circuit.
18.Parking brake indicator (red)
When the parking brake handle is pulled up and in the parking brake, the light will be on, indicating that the tractor is in the parking brake state
19.Rear work light indicator (yellow)
Press the rear work light switch, the indicator light is on, and the rear work light in the tractor cab is on.
20.Power take-off indicator (yellow)
When the rear power take-off switch is turned on, the light is on, indicating that the rear power take-off solenoid valve is energized
21.Oil filter alarm light (red) (optional function)
This light is on, indicating that the high-pressure oil filter of the hydraulic lifting system is blocked. Please repair it in time.
