Electronic actuator

It is divided into electronic and electrical type, electrohydraulic type and electropneumatic type.

 

The actuator consists of an actuator and a regulating valve.

 

There are several types of actuators:

1.Sensor actuator:

The sensor actuator is made by using the principle of sensor. It controls the operation of the motor by measuring temperature, pressure, humidity and other parameters.

 

The sensor has the characteristics of small size and light weight, and is very suitable for various industrial fields. For example, in textile machinery, using sensors to detect the surface temperature of the fabric can control the running speed of the loom; The pressure sensor can be used to control the pressure of compressed air in the production process; In medical equipment, humidity controller can be used to monitor the relative humidity of the environment.

 

2.Electromagnet (permanent magnet) actuator:

Electromagnet is a common magnetic material. Its characteristics determine that it can be used as the driving element of the actuator. At present, there are two types of electromagnets on the market: permanent magnets and soft magnets. The permanent magnet type has simple structure, low price and wide application range; Soft magnetic structure has the advantages of fast response and high accuracy.

 

3.Electric valve:

Electric valve is a valve structure composed of one or more pneumatic pistons. It is usually composed of pneumatic piston and electric device, which is installed in the cylinder or on the outer wall of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of regulating and controlling the fluid medium. Due to its advantages of simple installation and flexible operation, the valve is widely used in the control of chemical production processes, such as cooling water flow regulation in heating systems and chilled water flow regulation in refrigeration systems.

 

4.Pneumatic valve:

Pneumatic valve refers to a valve structure that relies on the pressure difference of compressed air as the power source to realize the opening and closing action - that is, a valve structure that relies on the flow of air to drive the piston rod movement to achieve the opening or closing action purpose (such as spherical block valve).

 

5.Hydraulic valve:

The hydraulic valve is a valve structure and control system that uses liquid as the working medium and controls the fluid medium through the transmission of energy through the pipeline, and then enters the main overflow chamber and the auxiliary overflow chamber to connect, forming the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit, respectively completing the movement in two opposite directions, thus playing the role of reversing and completing the work task of the entire hydraulic system.

 

6.Electric drive mechanism:

Electric drive mechanism is one of the structural forms of machine components, which uses the thermal effect generated by the current flowing through the conductor to work. (e.g. motor).

 

7.Electromechanical combination:

Mechatronics refers to adding electronic components to the mechanical system to form a new control system, including CNC system and computer control system, which are within the scope of this system.
