How to replace the air filter?
1.Clean the air filter element: loosen the lock catch of the air filter, remove the nut fixing the filter element, take down the cover and pull out the filter element. Pay attention to prevent impurities from falling into the carburetor, and wipe the inside and outside of the air cleaner housing with a rag stained with gasoline.
2.Check the clean and dry filter element of the air filter, turn on the light and put it into the filter element, observe whether there is damage, small holes or thinner parts from the outside, and check whether the rubber gasket is damaged. If there is any abnormality, replace the filter element and gasket.
3.Replace the air filter element: when replacing the filter element, check whether the new filter element is damaged and whether the gasket is damaged. If yes, it shall be equipped.
4.Install the air filter: after cleaning the filter element, install all components in the reverse order of removal. The filter element must be installed reliably. Do not touch the paper part of the filter element with hands or tools, especially do not let the oil pollute the filter element.
