PET mesh is used for primary filtration, PP+PET composite filter paper is formed by folding and injection molding, and hot melt adhesive is used as a separator. This design reduces operating costs. The adhesive can ensure the same pleat spacing, ensure the best airflow, achieve high dust holding capacity, and make full use of the entire depth of the filter; the activated carbon layer adopts PP mesh carbon bonding technology, has small resistance, good air permeability, etc., and has excellent comprehensive gas removal effect. The outer frame can be selected from paper and plastic frames.
