Multi-functional filter materials are used to filter dust, harmful gases and bacteria in the air. The dust filter uses PP+PET composite filter paper that is folded and injected with glue. The activated carbon layer uses PP honeycomb or PP net as the filler, and coconut shell charcoal, coal charcoal, etc. are filled in the filler, so that harmful gases are fully adsorbed by the activated carbon, thereby meeting the national standards for various gas emissions. The antibacterial layer uses molten enzyme, photocatalyst, cold catalase and nano silver, etc., which are coated on the filter substrate to effectively kill bacteria. The outer frame can be paper or aluminum.

Performance characteristics:
High filtration accuracy, the filtration efficiency of dust above 0.3μm can be as high as 99.97%; the filtration effect of harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC can be as high as 90%; the sterilization rate of Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli can be as high as 95%;
