The Secret of Tires
Once the tire bursts, it is very dangerous!
The so-called tyre burst refers to the sudden loss of air in a very short time (usually less than 0.1 seconds) due to the tyre burst. The traffic police said that the car would lose control at the moment, leading to the tragedy of overturning. The data shows that when the car is running at a speed of more than 160 km/h, the death rate of driver and passenger is close to 100%.
The seller won't tell you the secret of tyres
Do you know what the situation of your car tyres is now? Tyres also have secrets.
I know... In a few years,Shouldn't the tire be on the road?
I believe that when you buy tires, most people will not pay attention to the production date of tires, and ask the shopkeeper not to be honest, but everything has life. If you spend money, but buy tires that will endanger your life, it is really dangerous??????
The rubber of tyres has a life span! No one wants to buy a backlog of tires for nothing! I hope you can understand the life of tyres through this article...
This is the first thing to understand
There is a set of numbers on the tire wall on the outside of the tire. From the back of the figure, there are four numbers representing the production date, the first two numbers representing the week of the year, and the last two numbers representing the year.
Example 1:
The last four are 0807, which means it was produced in the 8th week of 2007 (the 8th week)=that is, it was produced at the end of February 2007
Example 2:
The production date of some tyres is on the inner side of the tyres, showing 3907. The production date is the 39th week of 2007=that is, late September 2007
Example 3:
This tire looks very old from the appearance. From the sign 4805, it was produced in the 48th week of 2005, that is, at the end of November and the beginning of December 2005.
Tire width – 185mm
The percentage of tire thickness to tire width is - – 60%
Hub diameter – 14
Inch load factor – 82
Speed coefficient – H
R - represents radial tire
From practical experience, tire life may be based on five years. If the tyres are more than five years old, you should stop running long and fast. All tyres within one year are new tyres, and tyres more than two years are so-called stock tyres (they are still available when stored indoors, and the price will be cheaper).
