When will it be cleaned?
The oil tank itself is provided with protective measures to prevent water and heat. If you drive at idle speed for a long time, you may have to clean the oil circuit at 30000 km. Or replace the filter. Otherwise, once the oil circuit is blocked, the pressure of the oil tank is too high. When the car is running, it will shake. Under the influence of high pressure, the fuel tank is very easy to crack, and when it is serious, oil leakage will occur, and the fuel consumption will become higher.
How to clean?
The tank cleaning is divided into two steps, internal and external.
External: It is necessary to check the oil tank, oil pipe, joint and other places for depression or oil leakage. Remember to check whether the fixing screws of the fuel tank bracket are tightened.
Inside: open the fuel tank, take out the filter barrel, and suck out the oil. Only about 30L of gasoline is left in the tank. Insert the cleaned plastic pipe from the fuel filler to the bottom of the fuel tank, gently blow the gasoline at the bottom of the fuel tank to make it roll to achieve the cleaning effect.
When cleaning, you can use a clean cloth to block the nozzle of the fuel filling pipe, and then constantly change the position and direction of the plastic pipe to avoid rubbing the oil level sensor as much as possible. After 20 minutes of purging, the gasoline will be released, and the impurities in the gasoline will flow out together. Note that the fuel discharged from the fuel tank can only be used after 72 hours of sedimentation.
