What is the material of the air cleaner element?
The air filter material is used for electrostatic charging of polypropylene fiber during melt blown manufacturing process to make it into a fiber with a diameter of 2-5 μ M electrostatic electret melt blown non-woven fabric (filter paper):
1.Air filter element is a kind of filter, also known as air filter element, air filter, style, etc. It is mainly used for air filtration of engineering locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, sterile operating rooms and various precision operating rooms;
2.The engine will draw a lot of air during operation. If the air is not filtered, the suspended dust in the air will be sucked into the cylinder, which will accelerate the wear of the piston group and cylinder;
3.The large particles entering between the piston and the cylinder will cause serious "cylinder pull", especially in a dry and sandy working environment;
4.The air filter is installed in front of the carburetor or intake pipe to filter the dust and sand in the air and ensure that there is enough clean air entering the cylinder.
The air filter is used to collect dust from the gas-solid flow through the action of the air filter material. Generally, filter sponges are divided into synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter screen and glass fiber filter screen. The characteristics of filter cotton are suitable for plants with serious pollution and no ventilation. If the air temperature is relatively high, use synthetic fibers to gradually densify.
The material of the air filter element is chemical fiber non-woven filter material: the scientific name is polyester fiber, commonly known as non-woven fabric. Non woven fabric has the technical characteristics of wide use, mature technology and good stability. It is a typical filter material for coarse and medium efficiency plate type and bag type dust collectors in China. The production process is made by melt blowing, acupuncture, spunlace and spunbond and other processes. Compared with other filter materials of the same level, it has the advantages of stable quality, large dust capacity, strong moisture resistance, long service life, economy and durability. However, non-woven fabrics also have some disadvantages, such as high resistance and environmental protection (no burning or decomposition). Non woven fabric is also the earliest filter material with mature technology and low production cost. Although new filter materials have emerged in recent years, it is difficult to promote them due to high production costs and high technical standards.
